Karin Schork

As a trained biostatistician I focus on the statistical analysis of proteomics and related clinical data, as well as data visualization and planning of experiments. I am also responsible for holding the regular R courses.

Maike Weber

I specialize in providing consulting and comprehensive analysis for exploratory data analysis, machine learning and feature importance to extract valuable insights and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Dirk Winkelhardt

I am a trained applied computer scientist and specialized in bioinformatics for the identification of peptides in mass spectrometer-based proteomics.
I combine both specializations in cloud-based workflow systems to solve bioinformatics questions

Sven Berres

Bioinformatician by training and specializing in big data analysis (mostly NGS) in the context of complex molecular biology studies. Interested in various programming languages, statistical methods, ML and software development.

Dr. Svitlana Rozanova

My professional background combines expertise in both experimental set-up for proteomics studies and bioinformatic analysis of mass spectrometry-based proteomics data. I have a particular focus on wet lab work, which I combine with an understanding of the technical and analytical aspects of proteomics.
